I started in the Road Marking industry in 1990, following in my father’s footsteps (and he had left some pretty big boot-prints within the sector!).
My first job was hand-sweeping the surface ahead of the line marking crew during surface dressing season. From there, I progressed through various line marking positions, running my own hand crew, then machine crews until I was promoted to the position of supervisor.
Recognising significant failings within the sector, Ralph and I spoke to our clients and ascertained where improvements were needed to enhance the experience they were receiving.
In 2001, Ralph and I set up QMS and started the transformation into a customer driven, experience generator.
I am immensely proud of the team that I have today, with every person delivering our services to the highest standard whilst providing the ultimate experience to our clients, many of whom return to us over and over again as their first and only choice for consistent excellence.

Having been with the company since 2008 following an extensive training programme at QMS I’ve pretty much done it all and have the T-shirts to prove it!
I started as temporary agency operative and have developed exceptional knowledge within the industry which has enabled me to work with a variety of clients to deliver exceptional projects.
Being a keen Golf player, I just wish my swing was as straight as the lines we deliver!
I’m Brad, one of the Contracts Managers here at QMS. I ensure all projects we take on are handled with precision and delivered to the highest standard.
I love the fast pace of the industry and the pride that comes with a project executed to our rigorous standards.
When I’m not coordinating crews or site logistics, I’m out on the fairways chasing a lower handicap and enjoying a round of golf.
Hi, I’m Jon!
I started with QMS in 2015, starting with the basics, and learning all aspects of the operations. I later became a second man on a screed lorry, enjoying the process of transforming blank spaces into fully functioning highways and car parks.
In 2022, following the pandemic, I took the opportunity to work with family. This experience enhanced my management skills and allowed me to oversee and train new teams coming into the industry whilst working closely with clients understanding their priorities and focus.
I was fortunate enough to return to QMS. Now, I am eager to apply my enhanced skills to support our teams and ensure we continue to deliver excellence on time, every time.

Hi, I’m Victor the Maintenance Manager at QMS.
I started my career at QMS in 2016, I joined the company primarily working on the HyperGrip division, after successfully completing various training including my SMSTS I have progressed through various positions within the company, furthering my knowledge of the industry, the products QMS offer and meeting some awesome people along the way.
In my latest role, I am responsible for maintaining all the vehicles and the amazing plant here at QMS.

I’m Jenni, officially I’m the office manager at QMS, meaning I make sure the office runs smoothly and everyone within the business has the tools and materials to do their job – from pens to petrol!
However, the job I do that I’m most proud of is my role supporting everyone in the business to look after their mental health and well-being. From just a chat to organising outside help, a supported workforce is a happy, loyal and productive workforce.
I’m Tasha QMS’ fun loving Accounts and Compliance Manager who since joining in February 2017 has strived to bond the team to work as one big happy family!
I’m told that my smile is infectious and hard to frown at, which leaves you unable to say no to the tasks I allocate, thus ensuring we are always compliant to our ISO’s and Accreditations and why my “How, Why, What, When, Explain” questions always receive answers!
From training to vehicle maintenance and all the system management in-between, I’m the one that sets the wheels turning to make it happen.

Hello, I am Vickie. I recently joined QMS and I am excited to learn more about the company and industry. I am a big believer in there is no ‘I’ in team, and teamwork really does make the dream work! I have gained a lot of experience over the years, and I am excited to work alongside the fabulous team here at QMS to deliver the highest quality and service. If I can help, I absolutely will!
I am the estimator here at QMS and I have been working alongside our dedicated team of professionals for over 10 years now. Every day my aim is to supply you with a personalised estimate which, my end goal, is to exceed your expectations as well as keeping you in line with your budget.
Having been in the industry for a while I have managed to build up a great understanding with businesses, suppliers and contractors which has helped to grow our network of resources.
Pride, Passion and Performance are how I approach every day of my working or social life.
I joined the company in February 2024 as a Finance Assistant, starting my finance career with no previous accounting or finance background. Through a combination of learning on the job, completing my first year with the Open University, and stepping up to new challenges, I progressed to Finance Controller in November 2025 and Finance Manager in April 2026.
My success has come from being willing to take on unfamiliar and demanding work, learn what is needed, and apply a mathematical and technical mindset to create efficient, reliable processes. With a first-class degree in mathematics and previous experience as a police officer, I bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a focus on making sure work is completed accurately and on time.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate dancer, having placed 2nd in the World Modern Jive Championships in the intermediate category. I also enjoy archery, card magic, and solving Rubik’s cubes in under a minute.
I’m Virginia, a recent marketing graduate who has joined the QMS team as a Marketing Specialist.
