An Evening at the Highways Awards 2025 alongside Re-flow.

This week, we had the incredible honour of attending the prestigious Highways Awards as guests of our technology partner, Re-flow Field Management. The event was a sell-out success, bringing together over 900 industry professionals at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London.

The atmosphere was buzzing from the moment we arrived. The evening was formally opened by Dominic Browne, the Editor of Highways Magazine, who set a brilliant tone for the night. The main awards ceremony was then expertly presented by the highly-regarded sports broadcaster Gabby Logan MBE, whose professionalism and engaging style made for a memorable evening. It was wonderful to celebrate alongside Mike Saunders, Ashley Wing, and Adam Kyffin from the Re-flow team, all of whom have been instrumental in our digital journey.

The evening was a huge success for Re-flow as both of their entries for the Digital Transformation and AI category were officially shortlisted, with QMS and Highway Traffic Management as their starring case study.

We were proud to see our operational revolution with Re-flow highlighted on such an influential platform. The submission demonstrated how their system transformed us from a paper-heavy company into a fully integrated digital business. The results speak for themselves: a 90% reduction in paperwork, a 50% decrease in time loss, and a 100% improvement in health and safety reporting.

This nomination reinforces everything we’ve experienced firsthand. Re-flow’s field management software is a game changer for the highways and line marking sector, going beyond simple digitisation to create a complete operational revolution. Being a core part of their shortlisted entry was an honour and a fantastic way to celebrate a partnership that has fundamentally improved our safety, compliance, and efficiency.

While the award didn’t make it back to Re-flow HQ, being shortlisted alongside such innovative projects was an achievement we’re incredibly proud to have contributed to. The winner, Transport for West Midlands (TfWM), impressed with their groundbreaking drone technology programme – deploying drones over 800 times since December 2022 to revolutionise highway monitoring and surveying. Their live-streaming capabilities and AI-powered vehicle counting represent exactly the kind of forward-thinking approach our industry needs.
