On Friday 17th July 2026, the Fairway to Devon charity golf day is returning to Dainton Golf Club in support of Hospiscare Charity.

We’re returning to the stunning Dainton Park Golf Club, Newton Abbot on Friday 17^th July 2026 for the 8^th year of our charity golf day, raising money for Hospiscare.

Hospiscare covers more than 1,000 square miles of our county, supporting communities across Exeter, Central and East Devon. Their services range from specialist palliative care and outpatient clinics to home support and therapeutic care — reaching close to 2,200 people each year during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. With only 20% of their funding coming from the NHS, they rely on the generosity of local people and communities to raise around £10 million a year. Your place on the course helps make that possible.

What’s New for 2026?

Fairway to Devon has always been about more than a round of golf – it’s the atmosphere, the challenges, and the moments you’ll be talking about long after you’ve handed back your scorecard.

We are cranking up the entertainment this year. Our headline guest is the legendary David Edwards, who will be bringing his world-class trick-show and live game-day commentary to the course.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Fairway to Devon without a few familiar faces:

• The 8th Hole: Advanced Pro Hannah Bowen is back for “Beat the Pro.” If you think you can outshine a professional, now is your chance to prove it.
• The 15th Hole: Tasha, our resident Queen of Karaoke, returns with Karaoke Klassics. Be ready to grab the mic; we can confirm it is a “no-judgment zone.”
